A Smokin' Marinade BBQ Sauce

    A Smokin' Marinade

3/4 c. smoky-flavored barbecue sauce
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. honey
1/3 c. mustard
3T. Frank's original red hot cayenne pepper sauce

2# Tri tip

Combine all ingredients except beef.  Pierce both sides of beef.  Pour 1 cup sauce over beef.  Refrigerate.  Marinate 20 minutes or even overnight.  Grill and serve sliced.  Remaining sauce can be heated and served with beef.

Health tip:  never use sauce from marinating to baste beef or on the side!  Always use sauce that has never touched raw meat
