Recipe for Winter Colds and Flu Protection

I was so lucky to receive from Influenster and Rader Farms a coupon for a free bag of my choice Rader farms infusion.. Radar Farm products are sold at Wal-mart grocery stores So i had to go there to pick up my Rader Farms. I had never been in a Wal-mart grocery before and WOW! i was really impressed with the beauty of the store, as well  the  and wide range of food choices  available  at the store. The store's huge so it took me a minute to find the Rader Farms which ended up being in the freezer section.  With the 3 choices of Rader farms fresh fruit and greens  it took me a minute to decide which one i wanted, but my love for berries won out and i picked the Sunrise infusion. which contains fresh berries such as blueberries, strawberries rasberries and broccoli.   Right a way the first thing i notice was how fresh the fruit and vegetables looked, and i couldn't wait to get home and start making smoothies. I did however come up with not only a healthy and delicious smoothie recipe, but also a salad recipe using radar farms infusion. Below is my smoothie recipe for a healthy winter cold and flu elixir

Wild berries are high in antioxidants, helping to boost your immunity and energy levels, and are traditionally considered to be a blood tonic, helping to build red blood cells. Cinnamon is also rich in antioxidants and is an effective aid in the treatment of colds and flu.

Simply put all of the ingredients except the coconut water in a food processor or blender and blitz until smooth. Top up with coconut water to achieve the desired consistency.

Serves 2
1 cup Radar Farms sunrise refresh fusion
1tablespoon honey

4 oz. rosehips, halved and deseeded

¼ tsp cinnamon

2 tbsp elderberry syrup
Coconut water, to dilute
 Its berry berry Good!
Need I say more it was AMAZING!!!
